Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return an item for a different size or refund after delivery, please follow the instructions below:
Return Period: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order will be processed and shipped according to our standard delivery schedule.
a. Returning the product: You must return the product in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact; otherwise, a refund will not be possible. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, suitable for resale, and with the labels still attached. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items not returned in accordance with this policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned for a refund:
- Face and body products if opened, used, or if the protective seal is broken
- Underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or if labels are broken
b. Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product and for the shipping of the replacement product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.
